Tattoo Ticket
Tattoo Ticket
Purchase of a tattoo ticket grants you one-time permission to have my existing artwork done as a tattoo (by someone else!—I am not a tattoo artist). Pricing is sliding-scale; I ask that you select a fair amount based on both the expected size of the tattoo, and your individual financial resources. If you have questions about sliding scale, AB Moore has a great breakdown of how it works.
When bringing my work to a tattoo artist, please remember to respect their unique artistic vision and skills. Not everyone accepts projects based on another artist’s work. You’ll get the best result by being flexible with how the tattooer reinterprets my work to adapt it to their own style, and listening to their expertise for what will work well on real skin. It’s likely that your tattoo artist will need to redraw the piece or make it less detailed.
Please consult with your chosen tattoo artist and confirm the project details before purchasing a ticket; they are non-refundable.
Tattoo artists may not purchase tattoo tickets for the purpose of offering any of my designs to the public, as flash or otherwise. These tickets are intended for client purchase, in cases where someone falls in love with a piece, and wants it on their body, not to pad a tattoo portfolio. If sharing a tattoo based on my work, tattoo artists must include the credit line “based on artwork by Teagan White”, and tag me at @teaganwh.
No physical ticket or high resolution art files will be sent; images on my website should be high enough resolution for a tattooer to work from. If you have any questions, email me at hello@teaganwhite.com and I’d be happy to help.
Thank you for your interest in having my work tattooed! It’s always an honor. I would love to see how your tattoo turns out.
