Posters and large prints are rolled in paper and shipped in sturdy mailing tubes. All other artwork is packaged in waterproof sleeves and shipped flat in rigid mailers.
Reducing waste is important to me, and I source the majority of my shipping supplies from EcoEnclose, a supplier of recycled and compostable packaging. Please reuse, recycle, or compost these products when possible!
Compostable clear sleeves are not acid-free or archival (if it is loud and brittle, it's compostable), so please do not leave art stored in these long-term, and compost them instead.
Though I ship most orders within 1 week, please understand that I'm just one person with a busy schedule, and allow up to 4 weeks to receive your order. International orders may take longer depending on transit times to your country. If you have to wait a long time, you can expect bonus stuff to end up in your package!
Please contact me immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need your order by a specific date, and I will do my best to accommodate you.
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please let me know as soon as possible and I will be happy to offer you a replacement or refund. Depending on the nature of your return, I may request that you send a photo of the damage or send the item back (in which case your return shipping cost will be reimbursed).
In the unusual case that you suspect your order has been lost in transit, please contact me at email@example.com. I will be able to verify whether your order has shipped, and check the tracking status. In most cases a delivery was attempted, and your package is waiting for you at your local post office.
I ship to all countries, but since transit times vary widely by country, I'm unable to provide estimated shipping times for destinations outside of the US. If it costs me less to ship a package to you than you were charged at checkout, I will refund you for the shipping overage. The customer is responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred. I cannot falsify customs information by changing prices or marking a package as a gift.
