Shop Policies

Guidelines for packaging, shipping, and returns.


Posters and large prints are rolled in paper and shipped in sturdy mailing tubes. All other artwork is packaged in paper sleeves and shipped flat in rigid mailers.

Reducing waste and limiting single-use plastics is important to me. I source the majority of my shipping supplies from EcoEnclose, a supplier of 100% recycled and naturally biodegradable packaging. Please reuse, recycle, or compost these products after receiving your order.

I am currently transitioning to a fully plastic-free shop! After some remaining inventory is used up, all orders will be shipped with 100% recyclable or compostable packaging.



Though I ship most orders within 1 week, please understand that I'm just one person with a busy schedule, and allow up to 4 weeks to receive your order. International orders may take longer depending on transit times to your country. If you have to wait a long time, you can expect bonus stuff to end up in your package!

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please let me know as soon as possible and I will be happy to offer you a replacement or refund. Depending on the nature of your return, I may request that you send a photo of the damage or send the item back (in which case your return shipping cost will be reimbursed).


lost shipments

In the unusual case that you suspect your order has been lost in transit, please contact me at hello@teaganwhite.com. I will be able to verify whether your order has shipped, and check the tracking status. In most cases a delivery was attempted, and your package is waiting for you at your local post office.


international orders

I ship to all countries, but since transit times vary widely by country, I'm unable to provide estimated shipping times for destinations outside of the US. If it costs me less to ship a package to you than you were charged at checkout, I will refund you for the shipping overage. The customer is responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred. I cannot falsify customs information by changing prices or marking a package as a gift.

Customers in Germany: Please note that packages shipped to Germany are frequently returned to me. Please take special care to understand the postal rules in your country, and be prepared for the possibility of picking up your order at a post office or customs depot and paying extra fees. Orders that arrive back to me from Germany will be refunded, less cost of shipping.
